When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 working day of purchase.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery Timeframes: For our UK customers, all orders placed before our designated collection cut-off times (Monday to Friday at 3:45 pm, Saturday and Sunday at 2:45 pm) will be dispatched via DPD standard next day delivery. It's important to note that while we strive for next day delivery, it is not guaranteed and occasional delays may arise.
For customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, we offer a two-day delivery service.
International delivery times typically range from approximately 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.
Please note that these timeframes are provided as estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on external factors.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
If you encounter any issues with your order such as receiving a defective product, incorrect order, or a damaged shipment, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly assist you by reviewing the case, and if approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. To ensure a smooth process, please refrain from returning any items until we have reviewed the case and provided further instructions.
